Video Games are no longer just games, but have expanded into a new phenomenon. Unlike Board Games, Card Games, and every other prefix you can imagine in its spot, the unjustly labeled "Video Games" are no longer just lethargy-fueled pastimes, but a portal to our own personal universe and safe-house.
We go there to spray bullets into unsuspecting and increasingly able A.I., or to socially meet others in various scenarios which allow us to kill. But some where along the ride, it loses the title of game and becomes a place that we are apart of. Like a house in another dimension, gaming has offered beautiful destinations, alien planets, and unlimited power to the most common of man. And the best part: We all love it.
